Must-have

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the Digital Marketing industry
  • Creative spirit with an organized mindset that strives to create unique ideas in a coordinated way
  • Familiar with paid digital advertising and hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics 4
  • The ability to collect relevant data and reach logical fact-based conclusions
  • Experience with marketing modelling and analytics
  • Good understanding of funnel development and tracking
  • Ability to synthesize executive summaries and reports
  • Strong copywriting skills in English 
  • PowerPoint/Prezi and Keynote skills with presentation experience
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented – who does his/her research, plans, prioritizes, sets goals and sticks to them
  • A curious person who's always trying to improve his/her knowledge by reading industry blogs, listening to podcasts, and attending conferences

Nice-to-have

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of core branding principles: story, identity, communication and culture
  • Knowledge of marketing psychology and consumer behavior

What will you be actually doing?

  • Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies that are forward-thinking and in-line with current media trends
  • Craft unique and value-driven experiences for international B2B brands 
  • Provide regular reporting on utilization, campaign effectiveness, response rates and related marketing ROI metrics
  • Monitoring competitor analysis and driving market analysis for different industries
  • Dive deep in our proprietary digital due diligence methodology and be part of its continuous development
  • Taking ownership of copy briefs, social media posts, blog articles, video scripts, strategic documents and answer them to a very high standard
  • Offering creative ideas and encourage others to share theirs
  • Work closely with the marketing team members to produce content that has positive brand and business impact
  • Guiding and mentoring junior digital marketing team members
  • Presenting insights and strategies to stakeholders

A live test will also be part of this meeting to go a bit deeper into your professional skills.
